Marble in Bukit Timah homes

Bukit Timah has landed homes and low-rise condos, many from the late 1970s to 1990s, plus newer large condos at Leedon and Farrer. Bukit Timah has some of the finest marble floors we work on: Italian and Spanish marble in older condos and landed homes off Holland Road, Farrer Road and Sixth Avenue, often in large living areas and on staircases.

Local tip: For valuable or rare marble, ask for a test area first. It lets you see the shine level before we do the whole floor.

About Bukit Timah

Bukit Timah is named after Singapore's highest hill, 163 m. Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, set aside in 1883, is one of the oldest forest reserves in the region.

The area along Bukit Timah Road and Dunearn Road grew into one of Singapore's main areas for landed homes and low-rise condos.

Many of its condos date from the late 1970s to the 1990s, such as Sommerville Park, Ridgewood, Spanish Village and Tulip Garden. Newer projects such as D'Leedon and Leedon Green have replaced older estates.
