Bathroom Marble Vanity Top Polishing in Central Singapore

Bathroom marble tops collect rings from toiletry bottles, etch marks from perfume, mouthwash and cleaners, and stains from cosmetics and hair dye. We restore them on site by hand and with small machines: honing out etching, drawing out stains, polishing to the finish you want and sealing. We can also renew the silicone around the basin and backsplash.

Bathroom Marble Tops: what you should know

Why bathroom tops etch so easily

Perfume, mouthwash, toothpaste, skincare acids and most bathroom cleaners are acidic or contain alcohol. Left on marble, they etch dull rings and spots. Metal cans, such as shaving foam, leave rust rings.

Restored in place

There's no need to remove the top. We work carefully around the basin and taps, protect the cabinet below, and finish edges and corners by hand. Most tops are done in a few hours.

Gloss or honed?

A honed (matt) finish shows etching and water spots much less than gloss, which makes it a practical choice for a busy bathroom. Gloss gives the classic hotel look and is easier to wipe down.

Frequently asked questions

Can you polish a marble vanity top without removing it?

Yes. All work is done in place. We protect the basin, taps and cabinet and finish the edges by hand.

Can rings from bottles be removed?

Do you replace the silicone around the basin?

Yes. We remove old mouldy silicone, clean the joint and apply a fresh, neutral-cure silicone that's safe for natural stone.

Yes. The same process works for kitchen counters, islands, coffee tables and dining tables.
